NOW is the easy way to get the movies, shows and sports you want, when you want. All you need to get started is an internet connection and a compatible device.

You can watch on loads of devices, including smart TVs and streaming devices, laptops, smartphones and games consoles.

How does it work?

To start watching NOW, just choose your membership and create a free NOW account to join.

There are 4 different types of membership:

• Entertainment
• Cinema
• Sports
• Hayu

Simply pick the combination that suits you, and change whenever you like, as often as you like. Each membership gives you access to the latest on demand movies or shows, and live TV channels too (except for Hayu).

Sign up with a minimum-term plan

We'll sometimes have a minimum-term plan available for our Entertainment, Cinema and Sports Memberships, which allows you to sign up for a fixed period of several months at a lower monthly price.

This means that if you cancel your membership during your minimum term, your cancellation won’t take effect until your plan ends.

You can cancel Now TV by telephone, but there is a chance that the Now TV employee will try to persuade you not to cancel. If you can withstand this, then cancelling by telephone is useful because it is considerably faster than cancelling in writing. If you want to stay out of the discussion on the phone, you can also cancel Now TV in writing. Take into account a processing time of up to 30 days.

You can always cancel your subscription with Now TV. Keep in mind that there may be a contract period when you take out a subscription. After this initial period, subscriptions can always be cancelled with a maximum notice period of 1 month. More and more organizations are taking a flexible approach to this. For example, you can almost always cancel charities and car insurance daily. Let's hope that more and more organizations will follow this good example!

What are early termination charges?

If you chose a contract when you joined NOW Broadband, your minimum term will be 12 months. If you cancel your NOW Broadband membership before the end of the 12-month period, you might have to pay an early termination charge. NOW contact you to let you know if a charge is due, and how much it is.

If you chose the ‘no contract’ option and paid a one-off fee when you signed up, you won’t have to pay an early termination charge.

When do I have to pay an early termination charge?

An early termination charge only applies if you cancel your NOW Broadband Membership before your 12-month commitment has finished, for reasons other than those permitted under your contract (please refer to your contract for more details).

If you end your membership after the 12-month period has elapsed, no early termination charge will be applied.

What will I be charged? The amount you're charged depends on:

• how much of your 12-month period is left to run;
• how much of the 12-month period you’ve already been billed for;
• your broadband membership plan.

NOW calculate your early termination charge based on the number of days remaining of the minimum period when your membership has ended. Also take into account the period you've already been billed for. This means the amount you’re charged may not be an exact multiple of the monthly charges listed in the table. If you have any subscription offers, your early termination charge will be calculated based on your discount price.
